Other super convenient macros to prepare a one-pager
If you want to use the macros presented in this section, you simply need to associate them with keyboard shortcuts or create some toolbar icons. When you follow the procedure, just use the name of the macro you want to install instead of Reformat.
Tip
If you associate keyboard shortcuts with the following macros and keep the shortcut keys pressed, the corresponding action will be applied continuously until you released the keys. For instance, if you keep pressed the keys associated with increasing the font size, the font size will progressively increase. Just release the keys when you’re satisfied with the result.
Note
These macros will only work as long as the one-pager hasn’t been formatted using direct formatting. If the macro isn’t working, try running the automagic Reformat macro to transform the direct formatting into styles-based formatting.
