A section is first defined…
The first time you see the name tag of a section (e.g. [Chorus]), it comes along with its content—i.e. the lyrics and/or the chords. Any further mention of that section in the page actually refers to that definition.
Take this one-pager for instance:

[Bridge]section (in green) - the first Verse section (in purple)
- the
[Fill]section (in blue) - the second Verse section (in brown)
Note
Verses often don’t have a name tag, i.e. they’re not preceded by [Verse].
Indeed, they’re usually all different from each other, so they aren’t re-used, and they often use the same chords as the Intro—or as the first section, like in this example. When this is the case, a [Verse] name tag wouldn’t actually provide any useful information.
